The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcome as soon as we arrived. We were travelling for the Olympics and they had clearly planned for such guests as they had information on how to get to all the venues (and even little flags of our country laid out for us in the room!). The room size was fine but we were contacted in advance that only the smaller rooms were still available. Although they usually recommend these for 2-3 nights we found it perfect for our 6 night stay, and it was cleaned immaculately every day while we were out. The hotel also provided recommendations before our trip which came in very useful, especially when trying to find somewhere to eat near the hotel. The area didn't seem very touristy but it is well worth a bit of exploration, and is within walking distance of the major tourist sites.

I loved everything about this Boutique hotel. The staff was simply amazing, everyone was friendly, and kind and gave 10-star customer service. It is so beautiful, lots of things in the area, restaurants, bakeries. The train is right across the street from the hotel. If you ever visit Paris, please stay here. There was a great pizza place nearby. I ended up sharing my pizza with the Front Desk Staff. Also, Sara and I'm sorry I can't remember the other young lady's name were both fantastic. I was greeted with the biggest smiles. I arrived early, I was able to check in early. This was a plus since I had just traveled 3 1/2 hours on the train. Please give them both a raise. Best customer service I have received. I travel a lot. I will be back. Tammy J.

Very good experience overall! Definitely excited expectations! There was enough space in the room for four and it was very clean. In fact the shower room was really spacious. The room even had two toilets for four which was great! Breakfast was good with many options, including pancakes for the children. Location was great, right next to the metro. Extremely friendly and helpful staff! They provided advice both before and after our arrival (even after we left actually)!
