Hotel Yllen Eiffel

We have just checked out after a superb three night stay. It was fantastic - all the staff are very, very friendly. The hotel is immaculately clean and our room was perfect for us. The Hotel is ideally located within walking distance of everything you should see in Paris and there is a Metro Station directly opposite. The area is very safe.

I loved everything about this Boutique hotel. The staff was simply amazing, everyone was friendly, and kind and gave 10-star customer service. It is so beautiful, lots of things in the area, restaurants, bakeries. The train is right across the street from the hotel. If you ever visit Paris, please stay here. There was a great pizza place nearby. I ended up sharing my pizza with the Front Desk Staff. Also, Sara and I'm sorry I can't remember the other young lady's name were both fantastic. I was greeted with the biggest smiles. I arrived early, I was able to check in early. This was a plus since I had just traveled 3 1/2 hours on the train. Please give them both a raise. Hotel staff were consistently courteous and helpful. Front desk personnel provided exceptional service; Sara and her colleagues fostered a welcoming atmosphere. The hotel's location is ideal, offering a secure, comfortable environment with convenient access to public transportation, specifically the metro (line 12), which stops directly in front of the property.

Very good experience overall! Definitely excited expectations! There was enough space in the room for four and it was very clean. In fact the shower room was really spacious. The room even had two toilets for four which was great! Breakfast was good with many options, including pancakes for the children. Location was great, right next to the metro. Extremely friendly and helpful staff! They provided advice both before and after our arrival (even after we left actually)!
